Our complete concrete resurfacing services utilize a multilayer polyurea coatings that seals, protects and beautifies bare surfaces. After applying a basecoat, we add a blend of chips with your choice of colors. This is sealed with a topcoat that protects the surface against foot traffic and UV light. We use the Penntek Industrial Coatings system, which is four times stronger than epoxy products, because it actually bonds with the concrete surface rather than merely resting on top of it. Our technicians are factory-certified to apply these products, enabling us to get the work done quickly and professionally. Your design professional will give you a fixed quote on site. Every floor is unique. We factor the size, condition, moistures, hardness and vertical surfaces in your price quote.
Will it peel up?
Our floor paint uniquely bonds to your concrete and is guaranteed not to fail for 15 years. It's also warranted to not yellow or discolor for 15 years.
How long will it take?
Most projects are completed in one day. Some projects require 2 days and your design consultant will advise you if this is necessary.
Is it slippery?
Our floor coating is designed to be slip resistant. You have the option of making is smoother for easier cleaning or rougher for more skid resistance based on your personal need.
Can it be applied outside?
Our floor coating is rare in the industry as it is able to withstand the elements and even the UV damage from the suns rays.
What time of year is best to paint my concrete?
Unlike most floor paint that is restricted to the 55-85 degree temperature range, we have three temperature formulations that allow us to apply equally well in extreme heat, cold or anywhere in between. However typically concrete is driest in the winter and we have the fewest issues with having to mitigate slab moisturize in the winter.
